Piccalio is an online children's part-toy, part-furniture shop designed for learning and play.
We’ve set out to create modern, unique products that inspire kids to think for themselves and to play with endless curiosity.
Piccalio started in Venice, California. We were looking for toys that would encourage slow living and feel like a part of our home. We found very few things that weren’t plastic or virtual, which is precisely how Piccalio was born.
How we do things differently
Safety first, always
We rigorously test all our toys and furniture for safety and ensure they are free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and VOCs.
Thoughtfully designed
We're inspired by nature, slow living, and intentional design, with a focus on creating kids' furniture meant to be passed down for generations.
Sustainable sourcing
Healthy home, healthy planet. We value good furniture's sustainability: in the materials, in the making and the overall lifespan.
Safety
Safety and health lie at the heart of Piccalio's toys and furniture. Playing should be fun. But also safe. All Piccalio products are ASTM and California Prop65 compliant.
We use natural and non-toxic materials. (In our minds that’s non-optional).

Each Piccalio product is thoughtfully designed in Venice, California together with designers from all around the world.
Concepts such as European design, slow-living, small-batch manufacturing, and sustainably-sourced wood are imbued in every Piccalio piece to brighten your playroom or kitchen.
