Digital Gift Card


Stuck on what to buy a little one as a gift? Why not spoil them with our digital gift cards and let them decide...

Simply decide the denomination you would like to gift & head to checkout.

How it works:

  1. Select your desired denomination.

  2. Checkout and enter your own email address (OR the email address of the recipient).

  3. You will receive the order confirmation in one email and the gift card in a separate email.

  4. Inside the second email contains your digital gift card with a unique code to use at checkout when using your gift card to make purchases on our website.

  5. You can print the gift card at home and place inside a card if you would like to personally gift it to someone.

Currently we offer FREE regular shipping US Continental only on all orders. 

We ship most items to APO/FPO/DPO and AK, GU, HI, PR, VI destinations. Exact shipping fee will be determined upon checkout. Standard shipping deliveries may take up to 21 business days for these addresses.

Estimated shipping times (US Continental)
1-3 business days processing times. Once processed, it takes between 3-7 business days for the package to be delivered. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. 

4 - 6 weeks
The estimated arrival time of our next run of pre-order items will always be available on the product page. You will be notified via email as soon as your pre-order has been dispatched and is on its way to you. You can always contact us to check on the status of your order. 

International shipping
We do not offer free international shipping. Shipping calculated rate based on the weight of your shipment and your country/zone for regular shipping.
Standard shipping deliveries for international orders may take up to 21 business days.  

Customs and import taxes
Please note Piccalio does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Piccalio does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. 

Orders Lost in Transit
Sometimes an order will ship and the tracking shows that the order is stuck in a pending or "pre-shipment" status. Unfortunately, this happens from time to time due to carriers missing a scan. If you notice that the order has had 7 calendar days of inactivity in the same status, Piccalio will treat this order as lost in transit. In this case, please contact us via email at

Delivered but Lost
If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you are unable to locate the package within 48 hours of the Delivered timestamp, we suggest to check the following:

  • Verify the shipping address provided
  • Look around the delivery location for your package (e.g. left outside a nearby apartment)
  • Check your mailbox or mail storage room
  • Ask if someone else in your household accepted the package on your behalf

Piccalio is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. The reason we are no longer able to refund or re-send these "delivered but lost" orders is because the carriers (FedEx, USPS, etc.) no longer consider these items lost. There has been a large increase in fraud instances, and they are no longer honoring our claims, even if we provide customer complaints. Our hands are tied in this situation, as we have to follow the same rules of our carrier partners.

Responsibility for secure addresses & collection of parcels
Our shipping service does not require a signature. The courier will leave your order at the front door, letterbox, or secure location. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address The Piccalio Store takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.

Incorrect Address
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately by navigating to contact page on our website.

Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customer's expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped. 


All Piccalio’s products are handbuilt using the highest quality of solid wood - a heavier, denser wood that is naturally strong enough to withstand a lifetime of energetic play.

Piccalio’s products should not be exposed to rain or wet conditions as wood is susceptible to damage caused by exposure to rain or wetness. Store in a dry and cool place to ensure quality and lasting use. To clean - take slightly damp cloth and wipe the surface to clean any dirt.

    Please read the following to ensure safe use:

    • Make sure your child always uses the products under adult supervision.

    • Never wear socks or smooth shoes. Bare feet, shoes or socks with silicone grip at the bottom that aren’t slippery prevent accidents.

    • Always use the products on a flat and level surface.

    • For safety reasons, we recommend that you use a mat, carpet or rug underneath the products to avoid the danger of slipping and protect the product and your flooring.
