We accept returns in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.

In order to offer fast and free shipping, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 25% of the paid value. 

Please note: Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

How to initiate a return?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please visit our Help Center to start your return.

  • Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
  • All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Please hang on to the box if you are still making your final decision as all returns must be made in original packaging. Items returned without original packaging will be subject to shipping and restocking fees. 

Bundle return policy

If you choose to return the items in your bundle, Piccalio’s standard return policy and return fee apply. We accept returns within 30 days of the date that you’ve received your order. In the event that you’d like to return one item in your bundle purchase, the standard policy applies. Refunds will be prorated and you will be refunded for the amount that you paid for the item. We can not make exceptions past the 30-day window.

If you’ve purchased all of the item(s) in a bundle but did not select the bundle, we will honor the 10% discount within 30 days of your order being placed. Please reach out to us at with your name and order number and a member of our team will be in touch within 24-48 business hours. We can not offer bundle discounts on multiple orders or orders that are no longer within the 30-day window.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please visit our Help Center and report an issue within 7 days of delivery.Please do not forget to include full name, order number and couple of photos or video of the issue. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more part(s) or send a replacement item.  

In order to receive a full a refund for a defective item, without a replacement or replacement part, all part of the item must be returned to Piccalio. Once received, a full refund can be provided.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less 1) repackaging fees (if applicable) and 2) outbound and return shipping fees.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. We will send you a refund confirmation via email once we have completed your return on our end, and credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Piccalio products purchased elsewhere

We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Piccalio item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. This includes, but is not limited to, items purchased through other partners.

How do I exchange an item?

Currently Piccalio does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
