Our Promise

At Piccalio, we craft furniture that’s good for you, your kids, and the planet. Every piece is made with care and backed by our 36-month warranty, because we believe in quality that lasts.

If you decide a product isn’t the right fit, we’re here to make the return process simple, transparent, and thoughtful.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in as-new condition and original packaging.

Please note:

• Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
• Gift returns are eligible for store credit.
• If you received a damaged or defective item, please take advantage of our 3-year warranty by contacting our Help Center for a replacement.

Return Options

You now have two choices for your refund:

1. 100% Store Credit – Choose this option to receive the full value of your return as credit toward your next Piccalio purchase.

2. Cash Refund (minus 20%) – If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

Every return goes through a careful inspection and repackaging process to ensure quality. When you choose store credit, we cover these processing costs as a thank-you for keeping your refund within the Piccalio community — a small choice that helps us operate more sustainably as a family business. If you prefer a cash refund, a 20% restocking fee helps offset the resources involved in handling and repackaging your return.

How to Process Your Return

1. Visit our Help Center to start the return process.
2. Sign in using the email address or phone number associated with your original order. (If your return was a gift, please contact us at hello@piccalio.com for assistance.)
3. Provide your proof of purchase, order number, and the shipping address associated with the order.
4. Once approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid return shipping label within 24–48 business hours.
5. Pack the item securely, ensuring all parts, tools, and accessories are included.
6. Drop off your return at your nearest carrier location within 30 days.

Once received, our team will inspect your item and process your refund according to your selected option:

• Store Credit: You’ll receive a full refund as store credit, issued via email or to your Piccalio account for future use.
• Cash Refund: You’ll receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your item is received. Credit card refunds generally appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Bundle Return Policy

If you return items purchased as a bundle, our standard return policy and 20% restocking fee apply.

• If returning all items in the bundle, you may choose between 100% store credit or a cash refund minus 20%.
• If returning only part of a bundle, refunds will be prorated based on the price you paid per item.
• If you purchased the same items separately but would have qualified for a bundle discount, we’ll honor the 10% bundle discount within 30 days of purchase. Please email hello@piccalio.com with your name and order number to request this adjustment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us through the Help Center within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a few photos or a short video showing the issue.

Depending on the situation, we’ll either replace the affected part(s) or send a replacement item. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, please return the item for a full refund or 100% store credit once it’s received.

Products Purchased Elsewhere

We can only process returns for items purchased directly from piccalio.com. If your Piccalio product was purchased through another retailer, please refer to that store’s return policy.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order at your convenience.
