We accept returns in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.
In order to offer fast and free shipping, reduce waste, and responsibly recycle or refurbish returned items, we charge a return shipping fee equal to 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. If you don't have the original packaging, the fee is 25% of the paid value.
Please note: Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com before sending any returns to see if you are eligible for a return/refund. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please send 2-3 pictures or video of the issue and we will help you exchange or return the item. Once the defected item has been received in its original packaging at our warehouse we will process the replacement. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.
