Our promise

At Piccalio, we strive to craft furniture that’s good for you, your kids, and the planet. We believe in quality and stand behind our promise to offer you a product you can count on with our 36-month warranty.


If you decide you need to return a Piccalio product, we are happy to help. See the terms and steps below so that we can process your return. 

Returns policy: 

  • We accept returns in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be in as-new condition in original packaging. 

  • Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

  • Gift returns may be returned for a store credit. 

  • If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please take advantage of our 3-year warranty by contacting our Help Center for a replacement. 


Restocking fee: 

As a small family-owned business, we’re proud to offer excellent products and thoughtful support for our customers. Processing returns requires time and resources, so we charge a small fee to help cover the costs associated with restocking. Our restocking fees are as follows:

  • 20% of what you paid for the product, with the original packaging intact. 

  • 25% of the paid value if the original packaging is not intact. 


How to process your return:

  1. Visit our Help Center to start the return process. To sign in, please use the email address or phone number associated with the original order. If your return was a gift, please reach out to us at hello@piccalio.com  for assistance. 

  2. You may be prompted to provide a receipt or proof of purchase, full name, and order number. Also, provide the name and/or shipping address to which the order was addressed. 

  3. Your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours. We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. 

  4. Print the return shipping label and attach it to your package. All parts, assembly tools, and accessories must be included with your return to receive a refund. Drop off your package at your nearest shipping location within 30 days. 

  5. Once received, you will get a confirmation email within 3-5 days. The refund typically appears on your statement in 5-10 business days. The restocking fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. 


Bundle return policy:

  • If you choose to return the items in your bundle, Piccalio’s standard return policy and return fee apply. 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the date that you’ve received your order. We can not make exceptions past the 30-day window.

  • In the event that you’d like to return only one item in your bundle purchase, the standard policy applies. 

  • Refunds will be prorated and you will be refunded for the amount that you paid for the item. 


If you’ve purchased all of the item(s) in a bundle but did not select the bundle, we will honor the 10% discount within 30 days of your order being placed. Please reach out to us at hello@piccalio.com with your name and order number. A member of our team will be in touch within 24-48 business hours. We can not offer bundle discounts on multiple orders or orders that are no longer within the 30-day window.


What if my product is damaged or defective?

If you received a damaged or defective item, please visit our Help Center and report an issue within 7 days of delivery. Please do not forget to include your full name, order number, and a couple of photos or a video documenting the issue. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more part(s) or send a replacement item.  


To receive a full refund for a defective item without a replacement or replacement part, all parts of the item must be returned to Piccalio. Once received, a full refund will be provided.


When can I expect to receive my refund?

Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition, we will issue a refund less the applicable restocking fee.  


Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing once your return arrives at our facility. We will send you a refund confirmation via email once we have completed your return on our end. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.


Piccalio products purchased elsewhere

We cannot accept returns on products purchased from other vendors; please work with the store you purchased your Piccalio item(s) from in accordance with their return policy. This includes but is not limited to items purchased through other partners.


How do I exchange an item?

Currently, Piccalio does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
