Playing should be fun. But also safe. Piccalio products all have a children’s product certificate. They’re non-toxic, FSC certified wood, and compliant with ASTM, Prop65, and the FDA too. We never use harmful chemicals or substances in the making or manufacturing of our products. All wooden products are GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFIED.

You can stack a maximum of two shelves on top of each other. When babies are younger than 1 year old, we recommend putting them side by side so they can easily access the items on the shelf. As your child grows, you can stack the shelves or rearrange them however you’d like.

To use shelves the Montessori way, display a few items and rotate them every few weeks. Research shows that children play longer when fewer toys are available! Switching toys every few weeks keeps your child engaged and interested in playtime.
