The Apron and Hat are only sold together, not individually.
For a 4 year old, the best size apron is a kids apron with adjustable ties at the neck and waist. Our toddler cooking apron is 17 inches wide and 21.5 inches long. The apron is adjustable around the neck and around the waist, so that you can get the perfect fit.

I bought this for my 19 month old granddaughter for Christmas, and she absolutely loves it. She even likes to wear it as soon as her parents take off her pj's in the morning.
